I haven’t even seen the Avengers yet and all these Thor/Loki brotherly love posts are already starting to tear at my heartstrings.

My dad’s a cop and the way he explained it is “with violence” because of the possibility of AIDS or other diseases bring transmitted by the blood
Okay, that makes sense then.

this is why i don’t watch the news :/
Twas actually a video I watched online/news and read >__> but yeah, I generally don’t watch the news either. 9.9 times out of 10 it angers me so much I end up turning it off anyways.
Here’s the article if you are interested though
did you spit blood on an officer
Clarification: It wasn’t me that spit on an officer. xD If I ever had to, I would though. But no, I was just watching a news story on some guy who got detained in a police car and started bashing his head in the plexiglass, and then when he got pulled out of the car he spit on one of the officers and evidently that counted as “resisting arrest and assault on a police officer” or whatever
So evidently spitting blood on an officer counts as resisting arrest with violence?
